I've been burned by agencies before. £400/month for nothing. What's different?

The setup fee is held until day 14. If the response system, the reactivation, and the dashboard aren't all live and working by then, you don't pay it. Most agencies take the money up front and chase results after. We do it the other way round.

We're not really an "AI" type of business. Is this an AI thing?

AI is the engine room, not the showroom. You'll never see "AI" on a customer-facing thing. What you'll see is replies landing inside 10 minutes, every day, in a real person-shaped voice. Whether the draft is written by us or by a model is irrelevant — only the reply quality matters, and you approve every template before it goes live.
